Dying for a taste of the new Slipknot material? You can hear a 30-second clip of "All Hope is Gone" on Amazon.  The song is the first single from the band's upcoming, currently-untitled fourth studio album, which is due out August 26th via Roadrunner Records. The track will be available for digital purchase on the same site on June 20, and a CD single will follow on the 24. The Iowa-based nine piece sounds much better than I was expecting on this clip. You can hear the clip right here.

SLIPKNOT RELEASE CREEPY TEASER TRAILER FOR NEW ALBUM

The trailer resembles a horror movie in that it follows the explorations of a heavily breathing unseen individual from a first-person perspective. Yeah, it makes no sense to me either. Just watch it:

The new label, dubbed Weathermaker Music after one of the band's popular songs, will be the home of all future releases by Clutch and their jam-band side project, The Bakerton Group.
