Metallica have released two brand-new trailers featuring studio footage of the band rehearsing new material from its forthcoming album and, of course, goofing around. The trailers were released to pump up interest in Mission: Metallica, a Web site that will allow fans to "experience the album ... before it's done." Interspersed in the two videos are excerpts of new riffs and snippets of James Hetfield's vocals. The first trailer is sort of a summary of where Metallica have been, while the second is a preview of where the band is going. Check 'em out:
